  6. Make your round shapes with palm of hand…they slpi easily and form easily if swirl around in palm of hands inshaallah.
  7. Heat up oil well so that not drenc oil and trt geuza geuza not to split and break…take out o.ce dark brown at surface….
  8. Fry,and scoo out when turned to dark color…yiu can freeze the remain.and use next time inshaallah for recipes recombine and add bread if the mixture is not stable enof to make kababu..
  9. Bismillah and enjoy,next day or two days in fridgr texture(see pic)..(.also can use beef instead of lamb or try diffrnt fishes where youbmay only need tomix with firk and not blender,and can adjust to othet ingreds as required to be quite dry inorder to keep together while frying si can add more bread or maybe some potatoes ? but only need yo combine it well so not to form lumps).
